ABOUT

BELIEF #1

Peace is not something you have to wait for — it is something you can practice with God, one intentional step at a time

BELIEF #2

Lasting peace grows when faith, awareness, and daily habits begin working together

BELIEF #3

You do not need a perfect life to experience greater peace, clarity, and confidence

I'M LENA

I'm a wife, mom, faith-filled peace pursuer, and creator of Faith Filled Freedom

For years, I believed peace would come when life became easier, the pressure slowed down, or I finally felt more in control

What I learned instead was that peace could not depend on everything around me going right

Through faith, greater awareness, and intentional daily practices, I began learning how to respond differently to stress, uncertainty, relationships, responsibilities, and the parts of life I could not control

Now I help others learn how to do the same

My mission is simple: to help you build a practical, biblical foundation for greater peace — no matter what life brings

MY STORY

For years, I was climbing the corporate ladder, taking on more responsibility, earning promotions, and doing what many people would call being “successful”

But internally, I was carrying stress, pressure, fear of failure, and emotional exhaustion into every area of my life

I began realizing that waiting for the pressure to disappear was not going to give me the peace I wanted

I needed to change the way I responded

Through years of growth, reflection, prayer, scripture, and practical changes in how I handled my thoughts and reactions, I became more grounded in who God created me to be

People around me began noticing the difference. Coworkers would tell me I was “the calm to the chaos” and ask how I stayed grounded when things around us were not

That is when I realized the lessons I had learned could help other people too

Faith Filled Freedom grew from that journey — not as a promise of a stress-free life, but as a practical biblical framework for responding to life with greater awareness, faith, peace, and intention

You cannot control everything life brings

But you can learn a different way to respond
